What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, email, company or website, the package and budget you choose, and your message. We also record the time and the IP address it came from, which we use only to stop spam.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
  • To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to run your project.

We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list. The legal basis under UK and EU GDPR is our legitimate interest in answering a request you made.

Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiries are stored on our own server. If email alerts are switched on, a copy is sent to the studio inbox through our email provider. We keep enquiries that do not become projects for 12 months, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time through the enquiry form on our home page. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Project terms

  • Every project starts with a written plan: scope, price and launch date.
  • 50% to start, 50% before launch.
  • Delivery days start once the deposit, brief and assets are in.
  • You own the finished site, its code and its content from launch, and every account is in your name.
  • Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted in writing before any work on them starts.
